did you give permissions to the app?
If it doesn't have location/BT/WiFi/etc. permission then it probably won't show you those options.
also, share the device model number and the software version. Thanks
NVM I just realized this is not a separate app. Report to Samsung Members after retracing the steps to alter the Smart Lock settings. attach the screenshot to the ticket.
Hopefully the techs there will be able to track down why your phone isn't showing some of the options.
