Is there  way to move pictures off my sd card and put them on my internal storage so I can sync them to Samsung cloud.

Do you have the folder titled "My Files"? In the folder, you can highlight your picture and move it to where you would like it to be.

If you place the sd card into another device, how many pictures are on there? You may have 239 pictures on your internal memory.

I did the different way.

Gallery

Create a new album. Make sure internal strorage. Can be the same album name as the one on sd card. The difference shown in Gallery is the memory card icon on lower right corner (sd card)  versus no icon (internal storage) .

Go to the sd card album, select all, move to album, choose the one you want.
