I'm not too familiar with the Note 10 (or the Note series because I never owned one) but have you tried connecting and disconnecting it from Bluetooth? I understand if I'm wrong about how it functions, but if that doesn't work, try taking it up to your carrier or Samsung retailer and see what they can do.
