My cash app was charged for adobe acrobat for Samsung and I don't have a Samsung phone

Last night my cash app was charged 69.99 for adobe acrobat for samsung. I don't even have a samsung phone. I did download the app and almost immediately I uninstalled the app. This charge to my card is fraudulent and I want my money back but also I want some explanation of how this was able to happen

That would have to be something you discuss with your bank as you can submit it as a fraudulent charge and your bank will challenge the charge.
