No Vibrating Notifications?

So, for a few weeks now all of a sudden, when I switch my phone from sound to vibrate it acts like it's on mute.

I look back at my phone every now and then, and I have a text message that I never got a vibrating notification for.

I have no idea how this started happening.

If it was an update that messed it up, or I messed up a setting somewhere.

I can't think of what setting it might be.

I've checked my text messages notification settings.

It is set to "sound" and is listed that way even after turning the phone to vibrate.

Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated.

I didn't realize that setting was in there.

And I realized I never noticed how low it was set before because I just about always wore my Galaxy Watch, which vibrated for my notifications.

But I just upgraded to the Active 2 watch and have not been wearing it yet, waiting for my pack of screen protectors for it arriving tomorrow.
