No emojis on my Note 9

My Galaxy Note 9 no longer gives me the "standard" emojis (yellow round smiley face, thumbs-up, etc.).

It only gives me the option to  "Download Bitmoji".

They were working fine a couple months ago and now they're gone.

How can I get them back?

Dunno. Mine are still present. My contacts list is going out though. Strobing terribly. Note 9 also

Try to go to Settings > General Management > Samsung Keyboard Settings > Reset to default > Reset Keyboard
