No possible insert pictures on powerpoint office

What can be wrong in my camera configuration?

If I go to the picture and change for a small size it works. But before it was working normal I could take any pictures from my gallery. Change the size o the picture is waste time.thanks

Do you have your camera configured to save pictures in HEIF or RAW format?

it was in HEIF I put in RAW and now is working good. thanks Longhiker.👍
