Not able to send SMS messages

Help Please!! Day 3 and I'm not able to send text messages. I've tried clearing the cache, restart, deleted videos, messages, emails nothing is working. It takes about 10mins of me selecting retry.

Hi there, if I'm not mistaken.. sending sms messages would be something that your carrier handles... are you able to make phone calls? Is your sim in and working?

Hi, Yes I can make calls and sim seems to be working fine also.

network reset
From settings > General management > Reset > Reset Network
FYI This will uninstall your wifi & Bluetooth devices. Afterwards you will need to reinstall them.

For what its worth, you are not alone. This happens to me frequently. Usually if I reboot the phone it fixes the problem but only temporarily.

I feel your pain. Do you mind if I ask what carrier you're on? I hope you're gonna say anyone but tmobile so that can eliminate the carrier variable.
