you haven't noticed any suspicious activity that might hint at hacking have you?
when these sort of things happen that's the first thing I get sus about.
You could ask for help from samsung by submitting error report to samsung members app and title it something like 'suspected hacking'
I normally suggest reproducing the issue first but in this case I wouldn't attempt any more than you've already tried in regards to reproducing the issue.
Is the Safe Browsing level set to standard or enhanced protection on the chrome's setting?
it does it automatically, I can't make Google Chrome Browser recreate the redirects it does it when it wants to which is sometimes often sometimes very little.
