Note 10 One UI update

My model is SM-N970U which is unlocked phone, and I use Mint mobile.

I don't know which one or combination of those two blocks me off from getting the newest software update. My last security update was on Aug 2020, and I want my phone to be up to date.

Does anyone have same problem like me? What was your solution? I prefer to get an official route for my update rather than using Odin.

Thanks for your inquiry. Once available, updates are released to Carriers and thereafter, it is at the Carriers discretion to release the update to customers. Since updates are released by Carriers in waves, we’re unable to determine when your device will receive an update. We appreciate your loyalty.

I have the same type of issue with my unlocked note 10+ and no one seems to be of any help on here or other forums. I am curious to see if anyone has a solution for yours.
