Hello,
My Galaxy note 10 overheats constantly just from being on. If the phone is turned on, even if no apps are open, within two minutes it will alert saying that the phone is overheating and will close any open apps and will not let me open any apps. The phone is not warm to the touch. It is updated to the latest version. I have fully turned off and reset the phone multiple times.

Galaxy Note PhonesThe phone is less than 6 months old. Bought from amazon and they said new battery. That said I will take to a provider tomorrow if I need to check.

Galaxy Note PhonesThank you for reaching out. I understand how frustrating error messages can be and would be happy to look into this further for you. Whether you're using a phone, tablet, smartwatch, or earbuds, all Galaxy devices have a set temperature range, where they operate at their best. While they may feel warm under certain conditions, like charging, this does not affect the device's lifespan or performance. However, if your devices get too warm, it could cause some issues. If you have tried the troubleshooting and are still experiencing these symptoms, I would recommend a service repair. Can you please provide me with the following information in a private message: https://bit.ly/3fbRevo
Full Name:
Physical address (including city, state, and zip code):
Email Address:
Best Contact Number:
Alternate Telephone Number: (If Available):
Model Code:
Serial/IMEI Number:
