Note 10 when writing a note in Samsung Notes has a glitch

When I tried to write a note, on the left side middle the pen doesn't correspondence with the screen like if it has a blank hole the size of a marble

Write on the note, make a circle around the area and provide screenshot

Does your case have a kickstand with a magnet that holds the kickstand closed?  That's typically the issue   Take your phone out of the case and try it. My bet is that's the issue. Especially if it's a localized issue.

You were absolutely right I didn't notice the phone case I bought had a magnet, but when I took it off it the pen works on the part that didn't work. Thank you I was about to go to At&t to complain
