Note 20 Ultra 5G not updating to Android 13

I have read that this phone will accept up to Android 13 but I never received the software update notice. I called customer service and they tell me thay my phone can't get anymore updates. It doesn't make sense. They just want me to upgrade to a new phone. Anyone else with this phone who is stuck at Android 12?

Should have gotten os13 with one ui5, have you tried forcing it by connecting to a computer and using smart switch?

Download and install smart switch from Samsungs website and connect your device via usb, open the program on your pc and it should auto detect the phone

I don't want to transfer data I just need the update.

Yeah I'm going to have to agree I try Smart switch and it will search for the latest for the phone and if there is an update it should update
