Just got a brand new phone note 20 ultra had it 2 months and now I the phone is saying you're current software isn't supported, my phone keeps rebooting itself and if I unplug it from wall charger it shuts down. This started after an update went thru. Please help what's going on

Sorry to say, Note 20 Ultras have not been "new" for nearly 5 years, meaning the phone might be new to you but it's an old phone. First question, where did you get the phone? Was it from a legitimate source?

In addition to what @Oxford mentioned.  You might be able to correct this condition by factory resetting your phone.  Shut the phone down, then restart into recovery mode by pressing and holding the power and volume up buttons.  When you see the Samsung logo on the screen, let go of both buttons, then tap the volume up button and wait for recovery mode to start.  Use the volume buttons to navigate the menu until you see "wipe data/factory reset" highlighted.  Press the power button to select.  When the confirmation screen comes up, navigate to select "yes" and then let the phone reset.  Once the reset is complete, you will have to log into your Samsung and Google accounts and either set up the phone from scratch, or restore your backup.  Your backup will restore everything but the OS update and your phone should be usable. but you will not be able to do any updates, as your phone is not eligible.  I don't know how you managed to get an update on this phone in the first place, as if a phone is not eligible, it usually tells you your software is up to date.

Poster probably update the last of the security patches that dropped in August.
