Hello TimmA64, The Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has been relegated to quarterly security updates as of September 2024, which means they'll only get a security patch update once every three months. Do note, however, that since the phone was initially only promised to receive security patches for four years, of which said four years are up, the quarterly updates are an extension of that promise due to Samsung's firmware update policy revision, and will no longer be eligible to receive any security patches at all once the extension is up which will be sometime in August or September of 2025. I have had the possibility of upgrading for years now. My Carrier has been very good to me. I am very Tech Savvy. I would be hard pressed to want to part with my Note 20 512gb. It's Technology carried me through the Pandemic.
