Hi. I received a software update a couple of months back, and Air command has since stopped working.
Under <<Settings/S Pen/Air command>> "Shortcuts" and "Floating icon" are both disabled (gray, and unclickable/unable to turn on)
Under <<Settings/S Pen/Detachment options>> I can select "None", "Action memo" or "Air command". Selecting "Action memo" works just fine, everytime, when stylus is detached. Not the case with "Air command".
Things I've done:
-Cleared Data and Cache on Air command application (and other SPen related apps, ie S Note, Screen Write, Smart Select, ect)
-Tried Force Stop, restart phone
-Checked all permissions are turned on (none for Air command)
Hover works fine
Insert works fine (vibration and sound)
Detach works fine (vibration and sound)
Action memo works fine. Launches when stylus detached.
Text selection and writing works fine.
ONLY Air command not working as before.
Have tried with other known-working stylus, same result.
Again, problem is with Air command being disabled after update, not the spen itself.
Thanks,
David

Did a bit of reading around the internet and from what I saw, it seems to be a bug that just never got fixed? Can't really verify that on my end though. A lot of folks said a Factory Reset did in fact help with this, but for the time being, let's save that as a last ditch effort. A few things they said had worked for others were as follows:
1. Take out S Pen
2. Go to accessibility
3. Follow vision
4. Switch Access - On then Off
4. Hover zoom - On then Off
5. Click S Pen button keeping it over the screen - - Check for Air Command Menu Returning
Let me know if this helps at all.
