This am while using phone, my screen just went black. It was charged and I was checking on things when it just went black. I know, even though I use vibrate 4 everything, that it was working because while the screen was black, I would hit certain buttons and the phone would still vibrate, but the screen was black. Any ideas or is it just time 4 a new phone. Right now while typing this, it's working like nothing happened????

Thank you for reaching out. I would recommend a service repair. Can you please provide me with your full model number and IMEI in a private message: http://bit.ly/2JH2rq2
