I have never used Android on a phone before. I am familiar with Amazon from many years ago-like Android 2 and 3 from my tablets, so please excuse my ignorance. I have not contacted AT&T, my carrier, but I an now assuming I need to.
I used Smart Switch to get from iPhone back to Android and get my files, but was not aware I could force an update from it.
I will read further on the app and see how I can use it to assist me to get my phone updated.
I apologize. I have a Note 9 as in the title, not a Note 10 as in the first line of the messaage. That should also state "Note 9".
