Galaxy Note PhonesThe live focus and x2 zoom on my note 9 has suddenly become blurry and the phone is producing a buzzing/vibrating sound everytime I try to use them. Other people have experienced the same issue, and I assume it is a manufacturing faulty. Shouldn't the phone be replaced? Repair is not a the proper solution if the issue is coming from the manufacturer.

Galaxy Note PhonesI have the same issue. Phone was sent in for repairs already for this and other issues. Screen and charging port were changed but the camera module wasnt. I paid for this repair. So its upsetting to be still having the same issue. And then for Samsung to want me to send in the phone again for "repairs" without even offering a temp or just replacing the phone in general!

Galaxy Note PhonesMine has been doing that for months and I'm not sure what to do. Any suggestions because I received the phone about 6 weeks after it was released due to backorder issues.

Galaxy Note Phones@userkfwmXmozNs Does this issue still happen when your phone is in safe mode? Here are the steps to put your phone in safe mode.
- Turn the device off.
- Press and hold the Power key past the model name screen appearing on the screen.
- When SAMSUNG appears on the screen, release the Power key.
- Immediately after releasing the Power key, press and hold the Volume down key.
- Continue to hold the Volume down key until the device finishes restarting.
- When Safe mode appears in the bottom left corner of the screen, release the Volume down key.
- While in Safe mode, you can now uninstall apps that are causing a problem.
Turn off safe mode
- Press and hold the Power key.
- Tap Restart > Restart.
- The device will restart in standard mode and you can resume normal use.
