My device seems to lose connection and attempt to reconnect to my home 2.4ghz connection, showing as "internet unavailable."
I have followed all steps suggested by rhe help bot including resetting network and hard reset of the the device.
This only occurs with my home 2.4ghz wifi connection (5ghz network available, want to treat this issue first)
I have the same problem with my Note 9. A temporary fix I found to solve this is by going to settings--connections--more connection settings--disable advanced calling & messaging/nearby device scanning. Enable only when needed.
