@cromag31 A video that long will need to be compressed to send via MMS. You would need to use a service which offers larger file transfers. Some options include 

• Sharing via Google Photos
• WhatsApp
• Signal
• Facebook Messenger

Try using "Quick share" send whomever a link to view and save without losing quality.

Maybe try sending a link that the receiver may view the video. Keeps from using so much data to send a min video.
