Hello, so I was on my notification settings and turned a lot off. Went to my app list and now a bunch of apps are missing.

I went to the Google play store and it says "open" "play", so there still downloaded and I can open them. There just gone from my app list. Tried clearing cache, data, restarting my phone, reseting app permissions.
Nothing is working..

I chatted with Samsung Chat Support, got it figured out 😀
Somehow when I was blocking notifications, Game Launcher switched to show apps only in game launcher. I switched it back to home screen/app list.

@Kallie97 Not sure which app list you are referring to.

Try this:

  1. Swipe up on a home screen to get to the app screen.
  2. If you don't see the icon (swipe left, right to change pages), search for it in the search bar.
  3. If search finds it, it may be in a folder in your app screen.

The other option is that they are hidden. To check on this:

  1. Open phone settings
  2. Click on Home screen
  3. Click on Hide apps on Home and Apps screens
  4. At the top under "Hidden apps" you will see apps that have been hidden. To unhide them, click the minus sign in the upper left of each of those apps icons.
