try booting to recovery mode then clear Cache partition and reboot normally.

also, you can reproduce the issue then report to samsung members app > get help > error report.
it's best if you take a video with another device and make sure to show the settings, and share the video of issue reproduction for reference.

if you have any other issues immediately report to samsung members using the path noted above. It's important to report asap when an issue is seen so that the issue log isn't overwritten.
