Galaxy Note PhonesWhy would you think Good Lock has anything to do with your ringer volume being off? Unless you set some control, yourself, in one of the Good Lock modules (and, I can't think of any aside from sound assistant), it's not going to do it on its own. Volume control is an active action - meaning *you* have to do something to change the volume. It is not so hard to accidentally mute your phone ringer, as it's controlled by the volume buttons on the side of your phone. long pressing on the lower volume button, even by accident, will result in your phone muting itself.
The "stickman" icon is for accessibility settings, and is built into the OS. If you turned on the accessibility icon, you must have turned on some setting in accessibility - it does not turn itself on and is not on by default.
Even if this was a problem that you needed to contact Verizon for (it's not), you can dial 611 on your phone to call them. No need to travel to a store. Store personnel are salespeople who follow a scripted troubleshooting routine. They are not tech support.

Thanks for effort and ideas.
Guess the new routine is make sure volume is on before expecting important call.
Cheers

Galaxy Note PhonesIF: incoming call (from anyone or specific callers)
THEN: sound mode and volume, (set the ringer volume to the level you want). This will insure your phone rings if your volume accidentally gets turned off and you don't have to remember to do it.
