Notifications on Samsung Note 9

Hi

I have a question related to the notifications on Samsung Note 9.
Whenever the phone is locked and I get a notification of a new message (can be a short message, email, ...), when unlocking the phone, the message automatically opens up.
How can I prevent that ? So I am fine getting the notification (banner), but I want to decide whether I open the app to see the full message or I do it later.

Yes (last week I think), but this issue/feature was already there before this last update.

Baseband version : N960FXXU2ARJ1
