I have wonderful news for all those owners of Smart Phones and Gears out there. While there had been a pause on Out of Warranty repairs (either by date or condition) that has officially ended today!
Samsung is once more doing Out of Warranty repairs for Smart Phones and Gear devices, whether you've simply had them for over a year or dropped and damaged a screen.
I want to encourage anyone who feels that this may apply to them, and wants a repair done, to contact Samsung support directly by calling 1-800-SAMSUNG or even by going to our online service request setup: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/request
Those repairs can be set up in either place for your convenience.
