Password required before powering off

Has anybody noticed the missing "enter password" before powering off device security feature missing from the note 8 while it was featured on the s8 and s8 plus? This is a very vital security feature that can aid one in tracking a lost or stolen phone.

If your device is securely locked with PIN/password it will prompt you to enter it if you try to shutdown the device.

That's the first thing  I've noticed, that feature makes it easier to track the device before the thief can shut it off... is there any app to download that will require a password before powering off?
