Phone keeps ringing on Bluetooth after latest update

Hello, I have a 19 Chevy Equinox, before the lasest pie update the phone and bluetooth  worked just fine. After the latest update to pie now when a call comes in the Bluetooth rings like normal but if I try to answer it shows that it is answered as the time starts counting down but people cannot hear me or can I hear them and the phone keeps ringing on bluetooth even if I hang up till I shut off car and open door. 

Radio will not work as well . ?

So, although Samsung denies a glitch or even an issue or any knowledge, I was able to get a printout of the solution of the issues with bluetooth, and phone ringing on and on after the PIE update.I will share it! I know how frustrating this is has I have had to go to the dealer 2 x in a month.

1)Delete Android Auto from the phone in Play store

2) on phone- settings- connections-bluetooth-advanced-three dots in right corner- find Ring Tone Sync and turn it off. that is causing the loop that never ends.

3) reinstall Android Auto

4) leave car off , no key for 5 minutes


5)go to radio- home screen-settings-system- go to phones and select the little pen/pencil icon and forget the device.

6) turn car off for 3 minutes

7)reconnect the phone.

I am having same exact problems with my 2019 Equinox . Exact time, after latest update

I am having the same problem  s9 2019 chevy Equinox since the new update  took phone to repair shop and dealer ship it is definitely the phone.
