I purchased a brand new Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5g from Samsung. Received the phone 4/2/21 and it worked perfectly fine. Mid-day on 4/3/21 the phone is completely powerless. Will not turn on, won't charge, it will not do anything at all. I've been using Samsung phones for many years and have never had this problem. And all they wanna do is send my money back instead of replacing the phone. Something just doesn't seem right about this situation.
