I have Galaxy Note20 Ultra. I want to change my region to USA but when I travelled to Saudi Arabia last year. When I want to download Google Play apps some apps (example Crumble) it says that Not Available in your country. I have tried to login to into Samsung Account and noted that the Country/Region is set to USA. And just to ensure that its not changing the Country, I changed it from USA to Saudi Arabia. Now that Samsung Account is saying that I CAN NOT Change the Country/Region for 180 days!
Please help me to change the County/Region to USA. I had bought this phone in USA and I live in USA.
@latifmaryam Your inability to download items while visiting Saudi Arabia had nothing to do with the location stored in your Samsung account. It was completely dependent on the location derived from the IP address your internet connection was using while you were in Saudi Arabia.
To change your country back to the US, I think that you will need to reach out to Samsung Support. I assume that you are back in the US now.
