I bought Note 10+ 5G a few days back. Getting this annoying message" something went wrong. Try again". This happens pretty regularly.  Sometimes it goes away after restarting and Sometimes after several tries.

Any one else have this problem? Any fixes?

Do you receive this error message when your device is booted into safe mode?

Let's try putting the device in Safe mode to determine if there are external factors that cause this symptom. This step will temporarily disable all your third-party apps, but none of your personal data will be deleted. Your customization settings (Wallpaper, Themes, et cetera) will be reset to default once you exit this mode.

Please follow the steps below:

1. Turn the device off.

2. Press and hold the Power key past the model name screen.

3. When "SAMSUNG" appears on the screen, release the Power key.

4. Immediately after releasing the Power key, press and hold the Volume down key.

5. Continue to hold the Volume down key until the device finishes restarting.

6. Safe mode will display in the bottom left corner of the screen.

7. Release the Volume down key when you see Safe Mode.

8. To exit Safe Mode, restart your device.

Let us know how your device responds after performing this step!

thank you for your reply.

tried as you suggeasted but problem still persists when i revert to normal mode .

i have managed to isolate the problem though. When i remove the sim the error message goes away. This error message seems to appear only when the sim is inserted . Also mostly the error message comes when i either re start the phone or whenever i reuse the phone after inactivity.

will appreciate your suggestions .

I have the exact same problem.  Please let us know how to fix it.  My new 1000 phone is now useless.

Come on, Samsung. You charge the highest price, but let you users hang out with a broken phone and no attempt to help?????

Got the same problem, my phone is an S21 5G + but I get the message when not doing anything. My phone still works but it's also not connecting to some apps correctly? How about telling us where the logs are so we can troubleshoot if there is (obviously?) no clear answer here?

I have this exact problem and it happens most often when I restart my phone. Any app I'm in freezes or stops. Any suggestion on how to fix it would really help!

Samsung??? Hello?? Are you there? We need help! I have my Note 10 as a work phone and it is useless because of this problem. In fact, I pay for a VOIP line now so I don't have to deal with this ridiculous problem on my Note 10. How can this be fixed? Does not happen in Safe Mode. But always happens again immediately when I go back to normal mode.

Thank you for reaching out. If this doesn't happen with your device in safe mode, then it's a third-party app causing the symptoms you are experiencing. I would recommend deleting the most recently downloaded apps to see which app is causing the symptoms you are experiencing.
