I am writing as a concerned customer who has invested a significant amount of hard-earned money in a premium Samsung smartphone, with the expectation of long-term performance and quality. Unfortunately, many users, including myself, have encountered issues such as green lines on the display and battery degradation — often after just one or two years of regular usage, and without any physical damage.
What is especially frustrating is the lack of consistent support in some service centers. In my personal experience, I was treated with indifference, as if I had no option or voice. To escalate the issue, I had to send multiple follow-up emails just to be heard. This kind of treatment leaves customers feeling unsupported and disappointed.
It’s important to acknowledge that other manufacturers have recognized these display issues and introduced lifetime screen warranty programs as a sign of responsibility and commitment to their customers. I sincerely hope Samsung will consider adopting a similar approach, or at the very least, provide a minimum of two years screen warranty on premium devices.
As loyal customers, we expect more than just innovative technology — we expect reliable service, accountability, and respect. If such concerns continue to go unaddressed, it’s only natural that users may begin exploring alternative options in the market where better after-sales support is offered.
I hope Samsung will listen to this feedback and take meaningful steps toward improving customer care and transparency regarding display-related issues.

As @Mujibar stated, the Community is peer-to-peer support and unable to assist in warranty matters.
