Reset PIN on Blockchain Keystore

I am using the Samsung Blockchain Keystore on a Note 10+. I have forgotten the PIN, but have the recovery phrase. There seems no way to reset the PIN without resetting the entire blockchain keystore, but this also requires the PIN. I believe the solution here will be to create a new wallet and recover this existing one into it using the passphase, but that does not seem to be an option in this case. The only remaining option I can think of will be to factory reset the phone.

 

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I'm having the exact same problem.  I'm searching the internet for assistance with this, unfortunetly nothing so far. You'd think Samsung would at least have something generic to tell us where to look under their "GET HELP" option?!?!
