S Pen Screen Write not working on Note10+

I'm hoping that some one out there can help me. I have a Note 10 Plus, and the S Pen feature Screen Write is not working. All the other S Pen features seembto work fine except for that one. I've done the S Pen reset and it doesn't seem to help either.

did this happen after the recent update or something? 

have you checked the settings and see if the "Screen off memo" is enabled or not?

Thank you for your reply. I found out, on my own, that my Samsung Capture app had the, "Change Systems Settings" in the "off" position.
