I went to pull out my S-Pen on my note 9 today and the tip of the pen above the button is still inside my phone. Does anyone have an idea on how to get it out?

Samsung recommends getting assistance from a technician to remove the pieces of the S-pen from the phone. This is just to prevent any possible physical damage to the phone. If you are able to get the pen out and need a new one you can message us here with the model code and IMEI of the phone and we'd be happy to see if we can get you one sent out.

I have the 9S note. My pen takes pictures with one click...does your phone do the same. Otherwise i don't how you would get the tip out of your phone. Best to take your phone to the company that owns it or switch it

My pen broke off in my note8 and i was able to (safely) bang the phone enough to get it out. Tape didn't work. It wasn't easy though. Good luck!
