At this point, I think I'll need to leave this up to the Community since I'm out of ideas, but would you mind telling me what region you're in? There's just one other thing I'd like to check. Just so you know, this site is mainly for US support and a Google search of your model number shows that it's international.
Thanks for sending that! I think your best bet right now would be to talk to Samsung Saudi Arabia to see if they know of any other steps that you can go through to try and fix this. The only other step that might help is a Factory Data Reset, but I think that would be a bit too extreme for this. I'll leave this open to the Community though to see if they have any other ideas!
I have note 8. The error when I using s pen translator is:
"A server error has occurred"
Does any body know how to solve this problem?
Power saving off is not the solution for this error.
