I am also just now suffering this issue..I'm on the Samsung Galaxy S21 5G Ultra, US Device, Google Fi SIM card, and issue started just a week ago, I purchased my device in full from t-mobile and then got a warranty exchange and suddenly this issue happened

I can definitely understand how frustrating this may be. I recommend reaching out to your carrier regarding this issue. They would be in the best position to assist with this matter.
