Samarttags2 not compatible with Note 20 5G

Hi,

Just purchased a SmartTag2 and I'm trying yo connect to my Note20 5g and I'm having troubles. It tell me there was an "error". Not sure if I'm doing something wrong. Please help. Getting ready to leave for Vegas on Thursday Nov 7th. The error code below.

Go to settings, connections, make sure UWB is toggled on!

If you don't have that setting, it will not work. Samsung smart tags only work with UWB.

The Note 20 doesn't have UWB, only the Note 20 U.

It will not work with note 20,it doesn't support uwb
