Galaxy Note PhonesHello, Welcome to the Community. We understand the concern with the Samsung Health app not showing the correct sync times. There are some steps that may help.
1. Open Samsung Health and got the Settings. Toggle off the option to sync with Samsung account. Restart the phone. Then go back into the Samsung Health Settings and toggle the sync option back on.
2. Clear the app cache. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00077611/
3. Uninstall and then reinstall the app.
If the app is still not syncing or showing the correct time, we recommend reaching out to Samsung Health directly by calling 1-855-795-0509.
