Galaxy Note PhonesI have tried both. Still can't get it to work. I've tried all the standard trouble shooting. I'm unsure if it's a software issue or hardware. It worked fine for months.

Galaxy Note Phonesyou could check software side by reproducing and reporting issue using samsung members app > get help > error report. Give them a few days, usually gets back with an answer in maybe few days to a week-ish.
mean while, you can visit authorized repair center for checkup.

If the wireless power share feature is still not working in Safe Mode, it is recommended to have the phone evaluated by a certified technician.
