Samsung Note 10+ Power Share not working

After a recent Samsung update, my power share stopped working.  Has anyone else experienced this?  Any suggestions on why this is or solutions?   Thank you

Also, try placing the phone in Safe Mode and test the power-sharing feature. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062983/

 

If the wireless power share feature is still not working in Safe Mode, it is recommended to have the phone evaluated by a certified technician. You can use the following link to find a list of service centers in the U.S. that can do the repair: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/location For service outside of the U.S., please use this link: https://www.samsung.com/us/common/visitlocationsite.html

Is your phone plugged in charging while you're trying to powershare? If so, I believe there's been a change where you can only powershare when the phone is not being charged. Hope this helps.

I have tried both.  Still can't get it to work.  I've tried all the standard trouble shooting.  I'm unsure if it's a software issue or hardware.  It worked fine for months.

you could check software side by reproducing and reporting issue using samsung members app > get help > error report. Give them a few days, usually gets back with an answer in maybe few days to a week-ish.

mean while, you can visit authorized repair center for checkup.
