The issue is usually caused by the app failing to "flatten" the S Pen layer into the document.
Use "Save as file" instead of "Share": Tap the three dots > Save as file > PDF. This is more reliable than the direct share button.
Print to PDF (The most reliable fix): Tap three dots > Print > select Save as PDF from the printer dropdown. This forces the handwriting to "burn" into the file.
Check PDF Style: Go to Samsung Notes Settings > Style of new notes > Ensure it's set to Individual pages rather than "Infinite scrolling," which can sometimes bug out PDF exports.
