Galaxy Note PhonesI use Samsung Notes on both my tablet and my PC. I have Galaxy Mask installed on the PC, and I used to run Samsung Notes without any issues. After a recent Samsung Notes update, sync stopped working. The Sync menu just keeps spinning and never completes, so I can’t use the app right now.
When I sign in to Samsung Cloud in a web browser, I can see my Samsung Notes backup. However, in the Samsung Cloud app on Windows I get a “couldn’t get your data” error under Samsung Notes (see the screenshot).
Is anyone else facing the same issue? How did you resolve it? The app used to work fine for me, but it no longer syncs.
