Galaxy Note PhonesBACKGROUND:
My phone is in Excellent Condition looks brand new with a life proof case since it was purchase. There are no scratches dents, water damage or any other damages that has ever taken place with my device.
Never had any problems except this bluetooth issue that I'm having now.
Situation:
I was currently using my bluetooth device after all of a sudden the device disconnects and would not allow me to reconnect to my bluetooth device. I have inspected both device and noticed that the fault has something to do with the Samsung Note 9 phone.
THIS IS A SAMSUNG NOTE 9 ISSUE!! HOW DO I KNOW?
Inspection:
The bluetooth was inspected and had connected to every device since then Except the Note 9 phone. When trying to connect the device to the phone the device gives a Error Message saying: The device can't be paired please check the devices and try again.
I then did a Bluetooth reset, Network reset, Internet rest & still no luck.
I then contacted Samsung support for troubleshooting and the only thing they could say was take it somewhere for repair.🤦:female_sign:
I think customers services should be better to there customers after spending 1k on a phone.
I noticed on the internet many people are having this issue with the Samsung Note 9.
So the question is: Is it a software issue or hardware issues🤷:female_sign:🤔 I did notice this happens a few weeks after the last update, but not 100% sure.
RESOLUTION REQUEST:
• DOES ANYONE ELSE HAVE THIS ISSUE?
• HAS THE ISSUE BEEN FIXED?
• WHAT CAUSED THE ISSUE?
• WHAT WAS DONE TO FIX THE ISSUE?
Any comments would be appreciated since Samsung won't own up to their issue. I may file with the better business bureau next if no resolution is avalible because this should not fall on us as consumers who stood by the company's products🙄😒😟☹

Galaxy Note PhonesUpdate: I backed everything up to google drive, samsung drive and one drive to be on the safe side. I factory reset the reinstall everything from the drives. I didn't lose anything not even text messages, clock alarms or samsung notes 🙂.
As a precaution I also downloaded SMS backup for my text to be backed up and it worked out great.🙂🤗🙌
The process was about 2 hour and for me to log back into all my accounts total I'm was 4hrs.
