Why is it so hard to get help from Sprint 1-800 number. I was on the phone with them for an hour. They don't even know how to speak English properly. This happens everytime I call. Thinking about switching carriers. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I've been with T Mobile for the better half of a decade. They've improved a great deal over the years, and I'm glad that they'll absorb Sprint soon. Hopefully it will assist with 5G coverage longterm.
