How do I get into the trash, I have a Samsung Note 10 and I accidentally deleted a contact that I need some of the information off of it..

As long as it hasnt been over 30 days since you deleted the contact, it should still be in your trash.

But here's a directory-

Contacts App>Three Lines in Corner>Trash>Click on Contact you Want>Restore (at bottom)
