Galaxy Note PhonesAfter using a app that I have place in the Secure Folder, the multi-window button does not show. Is this a glitch or a setting I can adjust within the secure folder?

Galaxy Note PhonesI now don't feel so crazy anymore! I had it happened to me too. I took out the lower left button with the 3 lines on it, shortly after, the right side button went too. The next day Icould not pull down the top bar menu where the quick buttons are at. A week went by and I could not fix it.
Ultimately, I called Samsung and they had no idea of what I was talking about, their solution was to reset the phone. So, I did it and the problem went away. At the time, I had never suspected the the secure folder. It wasn't untill I did it again, a month or so after, that I realized this was happening after going in and out of the secured folder and opening any app in there.
Now I am afraid of going into it or touching it untill they fix the bug.
Yes, it is a bug. Not a setting issue.

Galaxy Note PhonesYou are clicking the icon at the top of the window in the recent apps view correct? Seems to work fine on mine. I opened secure folder, open app, select file. Close and then hit recent apps button. Click icon at the top of the secure folder file, select split screen. Open second app. Now running both apps. Clicking on dividing line between the two I can close, or flip top for bottom.
Additional: now, if you wait until the screen times out and the lock is engaged, then secure folder.... Well, becomes secure again and locks back.

No, after opening any app I have placed in secure folder it sometimes, more than not, after exiting that app will not display the button with three slashes down on the navigation bar.
Ok.. sorry.. was simply wanting to make sure we were accessing it the same way. I use the guestures and not the navigation bar. I reset mine to the markings as you use and I can't get he problem to replicate on mine. Popped in and out a dozen times. Tried different apps from the secure folder. Everything worked for me. I'll see what else I can do to replicate the bug. Even opened everything in split view and then let the phone lock. When I tried it again, it simply said that I had to log into Secure Folder again.
Now the only apps that I have in secure folder that I use are Notes and Gallery. I don't use any of the other apps there. Is it happening to a particular app? Or to all the apps there that you use?

Galaxy Note PhonesI hang out on the European samsung page also. I found this on the S9 page. It's rather long, but they are describing the same problem as you have. Go and see if what they have said helps you.
