Trying to find out why after the update my note 20 ultra 5g drops service. Had sim card changed amd was told everything working properly. Need help.

Based on the age of your phone, I would assume that it's a software or firmware issue. Your phone has passed the service agreement period, which means no firmware and security updates. It's time to upgrade to a new device.
