Storage concern: apps showing 221GB but there are only a few

I'm having storage problems when my phone doesn't contain many apps and apps shows 221 gb. I even clear cache. Please help in case

Click on the little arrow next to the 221gb and it will show which apps are using the storage

On your screenshot where it says

Apps 221 GB >

Click on the > and see what's using the most space.

Some apps store private data and not cache, which can take up a good bit of storage.
