Hey everyone, I was wondering if anyone else out there has a Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5G like me? It's in mint condition because I hardly used it and bought the S22 Ultra two years later. It's not receiving any more software or security updates and I was wondering if anyone else traded it in for the S26 Ultra this year? It's the last of its kind and Samsung offered $500 trade-in for it. I can't believe they offered $500 for a phone that's almost 6 yrs old. Samsung must really want this last Note phone very badly. It works like a champ and I never had any issues with it. The S series isn't as good as the Note series and I wish they kept the Note series. Well, I'll miss my Note phone and only have S series from here on.

Still using Note 20 Ultra. Thinking about upgrading to S26 Ultra, but cannot quite decide.

Well, I don't know anyone else who will offer $500 trade-in for that phone which will be SIX years old in a few months. Take advantage of the offer while you can. Besides, it's a HUGE upgrade from the Note 20 ultra to the S26 ultra in so many ways. I only paid $759 with the trade-in plus my employee discount for the S26 ultra. Can't beat that price for a pre-order phone.

Something tells me that your Note is still better, in many ways, then a S26U. Especially with the S-pen.

But, if you still want updates, maybe seek a S24U instead?

You're right about the Note 20 ultra being a better phone. It's just that I won't keep that phone since it doesn't receive any more software or security updates anymore. As for the S pen, it's okay the Bluetooth feature was removed from the newer phones. Can you still buy a BRAND NEW S24 ultra at this point for T-Mobile and not be refurbished? I am not a fan of refurbished phones. I had bad experiences in the past. I prefer brand new and specifically made for T-Mobile. Also had bad experiences with unlocked phones too. I know to each is own in regards to unlocked vs carrier made and refurbished phones.

I don't currently have one anymore but I previously owned a Note 20 Ultra from the time it came out up until the S23 Ultra was the new thing and then upgraded to the S23U I really really loved my N20U and still think about it sometimes and how great it was and I also feel somewhat that the newer S Ultra models just don't have the kinda thing the Notes did but I can't exactly put my finger on what it is that seems gone or different

Everything just WORKED and never had any issues like... Bluetooth connectivity, WiFi connectivity, all apps and software worked in harmony. Samsung just don't make 'em like they used to anymore. Goodbye Note 20 ultra ๐Ÿ˜ข๐Ÿ˜ข๐Ÿ˜ข

I have my Note 20 Ultra 5G with my stylus still controlling the camera. Ib hold the stylus and click on the pen to snap my camera on my phone, they removed that so I'm keeping mine around. great feature

You're not worried about not having anymore security or software updates?
I can't take that chance with my job.
